A.G. Block, is director of the Public Affairs Journalism Program at the University of California Center Sacramento. He previously served as editor of California Journal magazine and co-editor of the 1997-1998 and 1999-2000 editions of California Political Almanac.



Gerald C. Lubenow, Institute of Government Studies

Gerald C. Lubenow formerly served as director of publications and program director of the Center for Politics and Public Service at the Institute for Governmental Studies at the University of California, Berkeley. He also previously held the position of bureau chief for Newsweek magazine in San Franciso and London.
